Who We Are
College Community Services: Adult Peer Mentoring Services assists adults and older adults with mental health conditions by supporting individuals as they pursue their recovery goals.
Peer mentors work alongside our consumers to enhance their recovery through empowerment by linking them to resources and services in order to develop greater independence.
All of our peer mentors have lived experience with mental illness. Our services are provided at the consumer’s home, or in an appropriate community setting, with respect and cultural sensitivity.
Who We Serve
We offer short-term (typically 3-6 months), cognitive-behavioral therapy on an individual, weekly basis. We meet with clients once per week, or as needed. All clinics are ADA accessible, and are located throughout Orange and Los Angeles County. If you are interested in seeing one of our therapists, please contact your insurance provider, or call Pathways Integrated Care Services at (562) 467-5448.
Our Services
- Our services follow the Recovery & Rehabilitation Models of Care, which focus on consumer strengths

- We use a Team Model approach to service delivery which provides a comprehensive clinical network of providers that best meets the needs of our clients.

Track 1 Services
Assists Adults and Older Adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses who are referred by county and county-contracted Mental Health Clinics to achieving recovery goals. Client’s goals may include: reintegrating into the community, increasing self-reliance by building a healthy network of support, linking to community-based service, utilizing public transportation, or assisting clients with applications for driver’s license or ID cards.
Track 2 Services
Assists Adults and Older Adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses who are pending discharge from inpatient services at the County Crisis Stabilization Units or regional hospitals to provide linkage to outpatient mental health services within the County of Orange Behavioral Health System. In addition, Track 2 works collaboratively with Orange County’s Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (CAT), as a part of a multi-disciplinary team providing peer support to individuals in crisis as they are hospitalized, or diverted to ongoing mental health recovery services in the community.

Mike
This place (I had no clue about) is SO AMAZING!! Highly recommend. They took on someone who needed it the most, provided a roof over his head, someone to talk to, and administered his medication all along with the staff doing everything they can to make sure his transition to his new home was safe and smooth. I thank your amazing staff so much!!!
Amanda
I am very pleased with the services and staff at this office. We transferred care with a therapist that my son already connects well with and we couldn't be happier with the staff at this office. The level of professionalism by far exceeds the previous clinic we attended. This office is warm, welcoming, and always helpful.
Rachel
