Who We Are

The Older Adult Support & Intervention Services (OASIS) multidisciplinary team provides recovery-oriented services to mentally ill older adults in Orange County. We provide strength-based services to  empower our members to achieve their full Potential and live a meaningful life In their community. 

Who We Serve

OASIS is an innovative outpatient mental health recovery program for older adults (ages 60-and older) who are disabled by a serious and persistent mental illness and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  Our field capable services offer a full array of mental health & case management services at locations comfortable for our participants. ​​

Our Services

The OASIS Program focuses on helping out participants attain maximum independence in the community.  Our services follow the Wellness & Recovery Model- focusing on consumer strengths, self-identified goals and objectives.  Individuals from all ethnicities and cultures are served with an emphasis on client/family/caregiver-driven mental health services. The OASIS Program is comprised of an interdisciplinary staff of peer counselors life coaches, personal service coordinators, therapists, nurses, nurse practitioners, gero­psychiatrist and a pharmacist.  All staff members are familiar with the specialized needs of older adults.
