Who We Are
The Cal Works Mental Health and Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinics provides intensive treatment and support that is designed to help adults overcome mental health and substance abuse barriers to engaging in employment or vocational goals. Our services are coordinated, effective, comprehensive and meet the mental health and substance abuse needs of those receiving welfare benefits, who are returning to the workplace. We offer:

Who We Serve
Welfare recipients in Orange County who are in need of mental heath and/or substance abuse services in order to return successfully to the workplace are referred to this program by their Social Services Agency worker.
Our Services
College Community Services’ Cal Works Mental Health and Substance Abuse Clinics provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to adults who are receiving welfare in need of assistance returning to the workplace. Our clinics works collaboratively with the County of Orange to coordinate treatment needs with vocational training and job search activities.
We offer a wide range of mental health and substance. abuse services. Our focus is on solution-oriented therapies with coordination of referrals and services with other social service agencies. Our substance abuse program operates within a 12-step recovery framework. Our individualized program design fits the individual needs of each client.
