Who We Are
College Community Services’ Outpatient Mental Health Clinics provide a full range of mental health care services to Orange County adults who have been diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. Our mission is to provide and advocate for Recovery-focused, accessible and effective community-based services that build hope and resilience. Our core strengths consist of:
Who We Serve
Medi-Cal eligible adults with a serious mental illness are referred to our program through the Orange County Health Care Agency.
Our Services
Our services follow the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Recovery Model, which focuses on consumer strengths and self-identified goals and objectives. Our Consumer Advisory Board which includes the program director, consumers and staff, meets weekly and provides an open forum for communication and program development. Our community integration referral and support includes educational, vocational, housing and emergency services. At our core, we provide:

We use a Team Model approach to service delivery which provides a comprehensive clinical network of providers that best meets the needs of our clients. Our clinical staff is multidisciplinary and includes therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers and LVN/LPTs and Peer Recovery Rehabilitation Specialists. Our services include:
